To provide outdoor, indoor and speciality services viz. routine eye check-up, cataract, Glaucoma and other specialized surgeries for poor and needy patients free of cost throughout the year.
Enhance comprehensive eye care delivery oriented outreach programme, particularly in cataract surgery in the remote and underserved areas in Bihar and Jharkhand.
Develop vision centres to provide high quality primary eye care services at the doorstep of the suffering community at affordable cost.
